After the 12-hour window, your order may already be in production or packaging, and we will be unable to make further changes or issue a cancellation.

This streamlined workflow helps us ensure your product is delivered quickly and accurately — which also limits our ability to make last-minute changes.

🚚 Shipping Address Accuracy

To prevent delays, please verify your shipping information before submitting your order.

• We cannot modify shipping addresses once production or fulfillment begins.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers are responsible for any reshipment fees.
• Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier will be considered fulfilled and are not eligible for re-shipment or refund due to incorrect address entry.

💰 Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method (Paypal). Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, depending on your financial institution. After the cancellation period expires, your order becomes non-refundable unless eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

🕒 Exceptions

Your order cannot be canceled or modified if:

• It has entered production or shipping preparation.
• It includes personalized, custom-made, or special-order items.
• It was purchased during a limited-time promotion or clearance sale (final sale items).
